PTEF was so excited to award over $14,000 in Helping Hand grants to amazing educators of Perry Township Schools.  We anticipate a short session prior to our next school year awards to help better understand the needs of educators and share best practice in writing for a PTEF grant.  We are already looking forward to the 2023-2034 school year.

PTEF will offer our Helping Hand Grants for the 2023-2024 school year! The foundation seeks to lend a helping hand to our amazing Perry Township educators as they bravely navigate an environment that is changing by the minute.

The Helping Hand Grants will provide up to $500 to educators for the materials and supplies they need to teach creatively and innovatively, as current circumstances require. We will accept applications on a monthly basis, beginning in 2023 and ending in May 2024 with due dates at 11:59pm on the first* of each month. Awardees will be notified within 10 days and grants will be immediately distributed (details to be shared with all awardees). Receipts must be returned electronically (ptef@nullperryschools.org) within 30 days of receiving the grant. Recipients who fail to submit receipts will be ineligible to apply for a grant the following semester. Educators may not receive more than one grant per semester. Applicants must apply online through the form below and must have permission from the school principal to apply.

*Note: If the first of the month falls on a weekend, applicants will have until 11:59pm on the following Monday to submit the application. Cycles Close Oct 1, Dec 1, Feb 1, Apr 1. Reopening Nov 15, Dec 15, Feb 15.  Applications do not roll over.
